When you run in the Sensebounce+, your feet do not slide. The shoelaces are almost not needed because of how tight the shoes are. However, I still tied them every time to be safe. I had an issue of keeping them tied one time, so I double-knotted the shoelaces. This actually became important because, after only about 30 miles, the upper part no longer program that tight.

This stretchy upper is very breathable, making it great for warm weather. The upper is also all one piece with the tongue stitched to the shoe. This can make the shoe more difficult to put on. The good thing is that they are comfortable after you get them on, and just hug the feet nicely.

Before I did my first run in these shoes, I took a picture of the bottom. The bottom of the Sensebounce just seems like a soft rubber that may not last very long. I actually already saw some wear after my first five miles.

Inside the Sensebounce+ there is not much of an arch. They kind of have a flat bottom that your feet get pressed against by the tight upper part of the shoe. You should know before buying these shoes if you need the arch support or not. The shoes could be very uncomfortable for some runners.
