The Terrex Speed Pro has got grip for days

According to testers, the Terrex Speed Pro’s midsole is perfect for its role. adistar stated that the Lightstrike foam has just enough firmness to add some bounce and “stop any rocks poking through,” while the 23mm/19mm stack and 4mm drop are both low enough to provide “increased control and precision.”

Because the Speed Pro does not come with an insole, some owners found that the shoe “runs a tiny bit large,” and recommend going a half-size down. However, those who still prefer to use insoles could get away with going true to size.
