The Index.01 doesn't have the bells and whistles of its training shoe contemporaries. It's also not the most performance-oriented running shoe. In short, it's most fitting for runners who don't mind paying a little more for sustainability. But this doesn't mean you can't run in it. It's fit for moderate-to-tempo paces and can eat up distances to 10 km. But for slow-paced runs, it's just rather stiff.
