It's lightweight, breathable, and doesn't stretch. The tongue is made of space cotton and has large ventilation areas, and the comfort level after tightening the laces is really good. The last is on the slimmer side, so it's not ideal for high arches or wide feet. For normal feet, just go with your usual size.
