Running in this Brooks shoe, we felt a very bouncy and responsive cushioning and, of course, the rocker shape which promotes a very effortless forward motion.

To our great disappointment, the shoe's heel collar felt loose in our regular running shoe size. That resulted in annoying heel slippage.

We cannot say whether the shoe's lacing system is good or bad. We felt that the eyelets were too closely spaced while the laces were too short.
