Our verdict
With its clean styling that can switch from smart to casual depending on need, the Emerica Provider allows you to ride in the park on your way home as you rocked them in the office. Its footbeds give exceptional comfort care of the brand’s new high memory PU insoles that adjust to the feet. The board feel, grip, and durability of these are all standard Emerica.

Who should buy the Emerica Provider
Cross country shoes:
- You are looking for a sneaker that is durable and in fact, much sturdier than the Wino G6 model.
- You want a comfortable sneaker that offers high quality based on materials used and the construction itself.

These Collin Provost kicks have a beautiful nubuck leather/suede look with a hint of Wino G6 and Figgy Dose. Emerica Providers come in black/black/black, navy/white, and black/white/gold.
The neutral colorways are easy to style because they pair well with any color outfit. Wear them with a short-sleeved polo shirt and slim pants, or with knitted sweater and jogger pants, or with a basic tee and long shorts. The list is endless. Keep it as colorful or as dark as you like.
Notable Features
The first noticeable things about Emerica Provider sneakers are their clean styling and four-patterned uppers. It’s the beautiful stitching that gives the shoes their minimalistic design.
Next is the toe cap rubber which is of a higher standard than some other Emerica models and which wear out slower.
The last thing, but definitely not least, is the new G6 drop-in High Memory footbeds that are made from Emerica’s new proprietary PU. These give the shoes more stability and comfort while keeping the weight light and the impact absorption at a maximum.
Excellent board feel
Nicknamed The Provider, Collin Provost was given his first signature shoes, Emerica Provost, in 2013. The launch was followed quickly by an Emerica video called MADE: Chapter One Collin Provost B Side in early 2014. Just like Provost’s terrific moves in the film, the shoes were also a resounding success.
In 2015, Emerica followed these up with a slimmer version they called Provost Slim Vulc. And around 24 videos later, in 2019, a new pro model was again launched by Emerica and Collin.
Named for his skating nick, Collin’s Provider shoes "provide"just as he does and give serious support for any amount of shredding.
