The Add a shoe lives and dies by its upper
We have thoroughly enjoyed the upper of this Nike shoe. It breathes exceptionally well and feels snug but stretchy against the foot. Overall, we found that it offers a good mix of comfort and lockdown.
The problem with its upper, however, is that it isn’t durable enough for tennis use. It began deteriorating and showing holes much sooner than other tennis shoes did.
The Add a shoe has a pronounced arch
Where the Nike Zoom Pro really shines is vertical movement. It felt effortless to get from the baseline to the service line and to the net thanks to the shoe's forward propulsion. In a word, this shoe is perfect is you need a quick trip to the net.
The full-length plate embedded into the sole added a very nice spring to our steps which helped us get around the court much faster. We think that this shoe's responsiveness is its main highlight!

The Add a shoe goes off the rails
Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed with the shoe’s lateral support. We had a few instances of nearly rolling our ankles because of that.
This is also the reason why we recommend limiting the Zoom Pro to practice games where yo don't go full force and speed.
Cross country shoes
This Nike shoe comes with a pretty noticeable bump in the arch area. So if you're someone with high arches, this shoe might be right up your alley.
Personally, for us, this midsole design felt as though the shoe wanted us to stay more on the forefoot and less on the heels.
