We have thoroughly enjoyed the upper of this Nike shoe. It breathes exceptionally well and feels snug but stretchy against the foot. Overall, we found that it offers a good mix of comfort and lockdown.
The problem with its upper, however, is that it isn’t durable enough for tennis use. It began deteriorating and showing holes much sooner than other tennis shoes did.
The ASICS Court FF 2: Speed without limits
Where the Nike Zoom Pro really shines is vertical movement. It felt effortless to get from the baseline to the service line and to the net thanks to the shoe's forward propulsion. In a word, this shoe is perfect is you need a quick trip to the net.
The full-length plate embedded into the sole added a very nice spring to our steps which helped us get around the court much faster. We think that this shoe's responsiveness is its main highlight!

Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed with the shoe’s lateral support. We had a few instances of nearly rolling our ankles because of that.

Personally, for us, this midsole design felt as though the shoe wanted us to stay more on the forefoot and less on the heels.
